Multi-Media Services offers a large ranges of services and support for conducting meetings and special events. You can "One Stop Shop" for all your events from planning, equipment rental, setup/breakdown and event management. Contact Dora Larrieu for more information and pricing on our services.

• Service Fees

 Multi-Media Services have been restructured as follows:

Medical Center cost centers will not be charged for normal meetings in conference rooms. Departments requesting a tech to remain and support the meeting will be charged an hourly rate of $40 per hour. 

BSD service fees have been restructured as pending equipment utilized or events or meetings

Special Events is a wide range of services provided by Multi-Media Services. The re-charge rate for both UCM and BSD based on equipment and labor.  Additional charges will apply for after hours and weekends. For equipment rentals and other items not carried in inventory this cost will be passed through to the requester.

• Equipment Rental – Multi-Media Services has a large inventory of audio visual equipment including projectors, laptops and sound systems and much more. For equipment rental or setup services please call 2-6265 for pricing.
• Cancelation & Rescheduling Fees – Requests to cancel or reschedule a an event must be submitted at least three days prior to the event or cancelation fees will apply.
