Project Management

The Project Management group manages the University of Chicago Medicine’s and Biological Sciences Division’s renovation and infrastructure projects. We coordinate with Architectural Planning the selection and contracting of architectural services and the management of feasibility and programming studies. Once a project has been fully planned and is funded, project managers work with faculty and staff clients to execute renovation projects in support of various programmatic needs.
