The Medical Center Complex was built over multiple periods starting from 1927 up until 1983, the complex is a group of 17 interconnected mixed use buildings housing functions from the 191 inpatient beds, sleep labs, hospital ancillary support, clinical laboratories, clinical departments, research laboratories, shared core facilities, animal facilities, administrative offices, and parking structure.
